KETIK, JAKARTA – PT Pertamina Bina Medika Indonesia Healthcare Corporation atau yang biasa disebut Pertamedika IHC adalah anak perusahaan Pertamina yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Pada 21 Desember 2016, perusahaan ini resmi ditunjuk Kementerian BUMN sebagai induk holding rumah sakit BUMN, yang mulai 2017 beroperasi dengan merek Indonesia Healthcare Corporation (IHC).
Selain mengelola RS milik Pertamina, Pertamedika juga mengadakan Kerjasama Operasi (KSO) Pengelolaan RS dengan pihak lain, seperti PT Bintang Amin Husada, PT Baiturrahim dan dengan PT Rosnati Aceh.

1. Finance Manager
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting from well-known university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Have good knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Tax
• Preferably have experience in Healthcare Industry
• Have experience in Financial Audit
• Min. 4 years experience
• Ability to do finance analysis
• Good Interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent in English
• Able to work as a team
2. Finance Staff
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting from well-known university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Have good knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Tax
• Preferably have experience in Healthcare Industry
• Min. 1 years experience
• Details oriented and good in administrative
• Good Interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent in English
• Able to work as a team
3. Business Development Manager
Qualification :
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Administration
• Relevant experience minimum 3 years in management level on healthcare industry
• Have advance Healthcare Industry knowledge
• Have strong strategic thinking, leadership skills and prone to result oriented
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, fluent English and/other language
4. Marketing Manager
Qualification :
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration Healthcare Administration, or a related hospitality industry
• Relevant experience minimum 3 years in management level in marketing of hospitality or healthcare industry
• Have Marketing Healthcare Industry knowledge
• Experience in digital marketing and creative
• Have a strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and budget management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, fluent English and/other language
5. Medical Service Manager
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor and Doctor Profession/Magister Hospital Administration from well-known university with min. CPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Have good knowledge about hospital accreditation (Nationa/JCI/ACHS)
• Have good understand about hospital standard quality
• Mastering in Medical Service Management
• Have good and effective communication skill
• Good leadership skill and able to work as a team
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2 year experience
6. Medical Support Manager
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor and Doctor Profession/Magister Hospital Administration from well-known university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Have good knowledge about hospital accreditation (Nationa/JCI/ACHS)
• Have good understand about hospital standard quality
• Mastering in Medical Support Management
• Have good and effective communication skill
• Good leadership skill and able to work as a team

7. Admission/Cashier/Customer Service/Operator
Qualification :
• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, although some positions may require additional education or training
• Relevant minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisor level of healthcare industry
• Have customer service skills
• Good empathy and compassion also able to do teamwork
• Good attention to detail, multitasking and time management skills
• Basic Medical Knowledge and computer Skills
• Communication Skills with moderate English and/other language
8. Information & Technology (IT) Staff
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Information, Communication and Technology from wellknown university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Excellent programming and problem solving skill
• Excellent computer network system
• Excellent computer hardware and software
• Have good Interpersonal and communication skill
• Cood communication in English
• Able to work as a team
• Min. 1 year experience
9. Public Service/General Affair
Qualification :
• Minimum Diploma of any major from well-known university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Able to maintain good relation with external party
• Able to provide services related to general affair (cleanliness security, operational, uniform, etc)
• Have knowledge in K3RS
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skill
• Good communication in English
• Able to work as a team
• Min. 1 year experience, preferred in hospital
• Able to operate Microsoft office
• Good in administration
10. Quality Management
Qualification :
• Minimum Doctor/Nursing from wellknown university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Have good knowledge about hospital accreditation
• Have good understand about hospital standard quality
• Have good statistic and data analytical skill
• Prefered have Peningkatan Mutu dan Keselamatan Pasien (PMKP) Certified
• Good communication in English
• Able to work as a team
• Min. 1 year experience
11. Health Safety & Environment (HSE)
Qualification :
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor of Public Health/Environmental Health/k3 from wellknown university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Preferred Ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Umum & K3RS Certified
• Able to make HSE Program, analysis K3 data and do K3 audit
• Good communication in English
• Preferred have experience in hospital
• Good Interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work as a team
• Min. 2 years experience
12. Legal Staff
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law/Management/Administration from well-known university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Have good understanding of contracts management, documents and legal procedures
• Mastering the regulation system, licensing, and hospital agreement
• Able to give advice in law cases
• Preferred have experience in hospital
• Fluent in English
• Able to work as a team.

13. Secretariat
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law/Management/Administration from well-known university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Have good understanding of correspondence

• Min. 1 year clerical experience
14. Installasi Pemeliharaan Sarana Rumah Sakit (IPSRS)/Engineering
Qualification :
• Minimum Diploma majoring in Mechanical/Electro/Civil Engineering from well-known university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Have good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) about Hospital Building
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in English also innovative
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Can operate and create designs by Autodesk Autocad
• Can Make Cost Estimates / RAB (Volume Calculations, Unit Price Analysis)
• Understanding related to Technical Requirements, Hospital Treatment
• Understanding of Construction Administration and Technical (Points Plus).
• Can make Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) related to Hospital Engineering.
