Management Trainee STAR (MT STAR) adalah program komprehensif selama 3 tahun untuk membina generasi penerus pemimpin masa depan Danone.
Para pelamar terpilih akan terjun ke berbagai bidang bisnis, menghadapi berbagai penugasan, menyelesaikan proyek bermakna yang berkontribusi pada bisnis, dan bergabung dalam misi ganda Danone untuk memberikan dampak positif kepada dunia.

Posisi:
1. Management Trainee 2024-Sales
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree with 0–3 years of meaningful sales experience in FMCG environment (Preferred)
- Proven leadership through experience in leading team
- Excellent working relationships, in-depth understanding of customer & market landscape
- Strong analytical skills, data driven, able to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources
- Strong adaptability with high mobility in field to manage dynamic working environment
- Demonstrate strong drive, assertiveness & resilient to achieve business outputs
- Willing to be placed across regions and districts in Indonesia
2.Management Trainee 2024 - Cycles & Procurement
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of experience
- Preferable from Industrial Engineering, Finance, Management, or other relevant majors
- Having strong knowledge in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Passionate in purchasing strategy
- Strong in project management and leadership
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
3.Management Trainee 2024 - Human Resources
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0-3 years experience
- Preferably from Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Science or a related field (relevant HR certifications is a plus point)
- Proficiency in advanced Excel or Data Visualization tools
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards taking on responsibilities, willing to go above & beyond, and contributing ideas.
- Strong in critical thinking & has the ability to apply active listening & effective communication
- Excellent in writing, both written and verbal
4.Management Trainee 2024 - Marketing
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university (MBA is a plus point)2
- Has 0–3 years of meaningful marketing experience (involve in ATL/BTL touchpoints) in FMCG environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong and extensive project management and analytical skills and decision-making skills
- Consumer centric, good creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (plus point)
5.Management Trainee 2024 - DSS/IT
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years experience
- Understanding of project management techniques (stakeholder management, prioritization, time management)
- Understands writing effective project delivery documents (business, functional, non-functional requirements)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Full stack communicator, storytelling and visualization skill
- Preferably experienced in Agile SCRUM methodology
